1. Visit your goals
Navigate to your dashboard to find your goals.

2. Check in
Use the range of faces to record how you're feeling about the goal.

3. Add a message
You can write a message about your progress to your goal buddy.
By periodically recording your progress, you can check-in to various goals and be signposted to relevant information and resources.
You will receive email reminders to check in with your goals on a monthly basis, but you can check in as many times as you like.
Check in
- Use this link to 'sign-in'. This is on the top right hand side for desktops & tablets, and within the main menu for mobiles.
- Locate the dashboard menu. This is on the left hand side of large screens or under a white dropdown at the top for mobiles.
- Go to 'Your goals'.
- If you have joined more than one goal, choose which goal to check in to.
- Respond to the questions or statements using the emoticon range.
- Scores are 0 to 4, the angry face being 0 and happy face being 4.
- You can add a message to your goal buddy about your check in after the questions.
- If you score below the low score threshold, you will be prompted by an immediate action message.
Check in history
- If you have joined more than one goal, choose which goal to view your check in history.
- The icon is on the right hand side, below the option to check in.
- You can now review your previous check ins and any comments made.
